    How a vanEE Air Exchanger is installed
    Not every vanEE Air Exchanger installation is the same. Every home is different and every home has a different kind of heating system. To clarify how the units are installed and to demonstrate how you can eaisly install a vanEE Air Exchanger in your home we have diagrams outlining the three most common methods of installation.

    These images are just guildlines and we encourage you to contact us with any questions or contact your local building department or HVAC contractor for advise on how to install an Air Exchanger properly in your home.

    Fully Ducted Air Exchanger Installation

    Fully Ducted vanEE Air Exchanger Installation
    The fully ducted installation is for new houses that do not have forced air heating systems.

    Typically this is homes that have electric base board heating, or infloor water heating systems.

     

     
    Simplified Air Exchanger Installation

    Simplified vanEE Air Exchanger Installation
    Simplified air exchanger installations are designed for existing homes that have forced air heating.

    The simplified installation is the simplest and easiest method to install an air exchanger into a home where you have ductwork but the house is completely finished.

     

     
    Exhaust Ducted Air Exchanger Installation

    Exhaust Ducted vanEE Air Exchanger Installation: Exhaust ducted systems are similar to the fully ducted system.

    The only difference is this system is for when you have a forced air heating system, not baseboard heat
